Justine Rudnicki is an experiential brand designer and creative lead currently based in Toronto. With over seven years of experience at Toronto's leading creative agencies, her work is driven by a passion for craft and storytelling, in pursuit of conceptual resonance and cultural relevance.
Her work has crossed the worlds of print, communication design, branding, digital, innovative technologies, and experiential design.
Over the years, Justine has worked on branding and experiential design projects with globally recognized brands, including adidas, adidas Originals, eBay, Google, Netflix, Meta, X, and more.
She is currently ideating, designing, and art directing digital and physical experiences as an Associate Creative Director at Experience.Monks.

We partnered with Google to transform their Bay View Campus into a fully immersive brand experience for Google Marketing Live, Google's premier annual event for advertisers and marketing professionals, featuring groundbreaking ad innovations across Google and YouTube with a globally live-streamed keynote and interactive demos.
We built the space from the ground up, shaping spatial design via 3D renders that captured design direction for every detail—from floral design, brand ambassador uniforms, furniture and décor, custom fabricated elements, and the design of over 250+ unique graphic assets, as well as supported live demo stations, animation assets, and overall user journeys.
In partnership with Salt Productions, we created a cohesive look and feel that took attendees through their morning coffee to new product announcements, groundbreaking AI demos, to a sunset dinner service and private cocktail performance by T-Pain.

An online, printed, and experiential promotional drive for the cutting-edge Boost. To foster recognition of the Boost technology in the runner community without ostracizing streetwear enthusiasts, we masterminded an upscale OOH initiative which encompassed NYC and LA graced with our interactive design to endorse the adidas Boost.
Headquarters for the society and a beacon for the movement. adidas Fútbol Society is back for the 2025 season—this time teaming up with Atlanta United, SoccerBible, Black Arrow FC, Copa90, Top Baller, and Soccer In The Streets to kick off the MLS season and celebrate Atlanta’s fútbol culture.
The weekend lineup included a community mixer, fashion show, the Atlanta United season opener, the debut of the Kit Boys Club collab, and a 1v1 tournament hosted by Top Baller and Black Arrow—all spotlighting the new adidas kits and the energy of the game.
We also showed up at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where fans discovered an immersive locker-inspired space on the concourse and had the chance to win giveaways, including exclusive adidas x Kitboys merchandise before kickoff.

At the heart of each booth was the Collection of Dreams Giveaway, where fans curated their own dream lineup of cards or collectibles for a chance to win some of the most sought-after items in their fandom. Alongside this interactive element, a dynamic live-stream stage featured celebrity guests, fan giveaways, and the thrill of card-pack unboxings—with a charismatic host keeping the energy high and eBay front and centre as the ultimate destination for collectors.

At the world’s largest sports trading card show, we tapped into the thrill of the hunt. Fans entered an immersive eBay space to curate their Collection of Dreams, witness live auctions right on the floor, and showcase their grails. The live-stream stage amplified the atmosphere with card-pack unboxings, expert commentary, celebrity appearances from sports and collectibles icons, and real-time giveaways—turning the floor into both a marketplace and a broadcast stage with eBay at the centre of it all.

Fans curated dream collections of their favorite games and collectibles, while interactive displays connected them with fellow players. The live-stream stage extended the excitement beyond the floor, combining unboxings, broadcasting auctions and surprise giveaways. By adapting the container to its audience, eBay’s presence felt authentic to the world of gaming—celebratory, playful, and endlessly customizable.

We activated eBay at ComplexCon with the eBay House—a 2,500-square-foot immersive space where authentic products and the people who love and sell them came together. Celebrating eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee, the activation featured five curated rooms spotlighting sneakers, streetwear, luxury, and collectibles.
Highlights included a sneaker tunnel with 64 illuminated shoes, a handbag-filled luxury ball pit, a streetwear t-shirt customization station, and a retro gaming room. At the center, the living room streamed live auctions with top sellers, connecting fans in Long Beach and beyond. Built in just five days, the eBay House blended design, storytelling, and interactivity into a standout ComplexCon experience.
